The summer rental season on the Outer Banks can get hectic, and you want each new group of guests arriving at your rental to find clean and fully operational beach essentials. Nothing could kill their excitement more than finding broken beach chairs, flat bike tires, or an empty propane tank on the grill.
We offer three homeowner services to help you keep your renters satisfied, while saving you the time and hassle of ensuring your cottage amenities are fully functioning every week. Additionally, our grills and beach equipment have our decal with contact information for “all inquiries” to Ocean Atlantic Rentals. If any issues with our equipment should arise, we will handle them as soon as possible, guaranteed within 24 hours.
Gas Grills
Each week we will swap out the used grill with a fresh, clean grill. This includes a new propane tank, stick lighter, and grill brush. You won’t have to buy or maintain a grill, or worry about keeping the propane tank full. ($749 plus tax for the season)
Beach Equipment
This package includes the rental of two umbrellas and four beach chairs. Each week we will swap out the old with the new. This is our classic, high quality oak and canvas beach equipment. Additional umbrellas and chairs can be added to the package at a rate of $250 per umbrella, and $100 per chair for the season. ($899.99 plus tax for the season)
Bike Detailing
Every spring we offer our Spring Fling Bike Service to get your cottage’s bikes ready for the season. We will do an all-inclusive tune-up or can perform piece-by-piece repairs depending on what is needed. This service includes free pick-up and delivery to you Outer Banks beach house! ($39.95 for a general tune-up)
Our grill rental and beach equipment rental programs run from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Extra consecutive weeks can be added to your package for additional fees: $30/week for the grill replacement and $85/week for beach equipment.
