Standard golf carts are permitted in many housing communities & Outer Banks subdivisions for neighborhood use only, like getting to the pool or beach areas. These carts are NOT street legal for use on public roads; LSV golf carts are street legal-RENT HERE. Standard golf carts rentals include FREE DELIVERY & PICKUP. They are not street legal for use on public roads, they must be delivered.
