Outer Banks Beach Umbrella Daily Setup/Breakdown Service
Once you’ve finally made it to the Outer Banks for your vacation, it’s time to relax on the beach! How would you like to walk out of your cottage each morning and your umbrella and chairs are already set up and waiting for you? And at the end of the day all you have to do is leave them right there in the sand! We will handle all of the hard work each day, carrying, setting up and taking down our high quality rental umbrella and chairs so that you and your family can focus on relaxing and enjoying your vacation.
Setup
We will deliver your umbrella and chairs to your cottage on the day you check in, and the following morning we will begin the setup/take down service. Setup will occur on the beach in front of your cottage and be completed by 9:30am. We’ll leave a name tag on one of the chairs so you can easily locate your equipment, and we can even text you to let you know when setup is complete each morning.
Breakdown
We will breakdown the chairs at the end of the day, between 5pm and 7pm, and will then return them to the storage area at your cottage. We do ask that if you take a break from the beach and leave the equipment unattended that you collapse the umbrella so it won’t fly away!
Selection
There are three types of high quality chairs to choose from: classic oak (high back, high seat), oak bums (low seat, high back), and aluminum (high back, high seat). We have junior children’s oak chairs that can be added to your package as additional chairs, as well.

- 2 umbrellas and 6 chairs
- 4 umbrellas and 8 chairs
- 6 umbrellas and 12 chairs
Additional chairs and umbrellas can be added to all packages. We also offer an umbrella table that will convert your umbrella base into a table top with 4 drink holders, and a footrest that will turn your classic or bums beach chair into a chaise. You won’t regret adding these two luxuries to your package!
We offer our beach umbrella and chair service to all oceanfront homes, condos, and motels from Corolla to South Nags Head. We will consider non-oceanfront homes and homes in Hatteras Island on a case-by-case basis, give us a call at 1-800-635-9559 to check for availability.
